This September 10-18, 2016, the United States will celebrate National Drive Electric Week, sponsored by Plug in America, the Sierra Club, and the Electric Auto Association. The celebration, which started in 2011, helps spread awareness about the benefits of driving electric, including decreased emissions, fuel savings and enhanced performance. Reports show that plug-in vehicle sales jump the month following National Drive Electric Week!

We love participating in National Drive Electric Week events. This year we are planning or participating in seven events and promoting all 13 events that are occurring across North Carolina. All of the events are open to the public, and provide an opportunity to learn more about electric cars or take one for a spin.
